Can I pay using a combination of coins and by phone?
Absolutely. Ideally put your coins in the machine first, then after choosing your machine on your phone, tap + or - to select the balance you would like to pay.
How do I change the amount/time for a dryer?
On the screen you will see dryer amount set to what most people use for an average sized load. You can change this amount using + or - depending on your requirements.
How long will it take to credit the machine?
The machine will be credited as soon as you make the payment using your credit card or mobile device.
I have a problem using ePay on a machine, who should I contact?
Please use the phone or email button at the top of the screen for our details. If we are unable to answer the phone when you call, please do leave a message and we will ring you back asap.
I don't have Apple Pay or Google Pay. Can I simply pay using VISA or MasterCard?
Yes you can. After clicking 'I'm ready to Pay', just enter your card details on the page. Your phone's browser may remember your card details and it is well worth allowing this to save you entering them each time. They will be stored securely. Apple & Google Pay will normally be the fastest method though.
There was a problem crediting the machine, when will my payment be refunded?
We refund the payment automatically if there was a problem crediting the machine. Sometimes the receiving bank (your bank) does not apply the refund back to your card immediately and in that case the transaction status may show as "pending" in your account for another 1 or 2 business days until your bank has processed the refund. If you still do not have the refund after this period of time, please contact us.
How do I save my credit card on my iPhone to avoid having to type it to start a laundry machine?
1. Open the Settings app on your device. 2. Tap Safari. 3. Tap Autofill. 4. Turn "Use Contact Info" on. 5. Set "My Info" to point to your contact record with your email address populated. 6. Make sure the Credit Cards slider is GREEN/ON. 7. Tap Saved Credit Cards. 8. Use your Touch ID or enter your passcode. 9. Select "Add Credit Card" to enter your credit card information.
